The fashion and designs we see in Muslim clothes in the west are made for rich, educated Muslim women ……they want to appear pious to please their families so they wear hijabs with jewelry, perfume, makeup, yoga pants, designer handbags and shoes etc.
And take a look at Ilhad Omar for the latest in Russian Flag hijabs. By the way describing something as a Russsian flag is an old slang term…it means “over the top in bad taste”.
Personally, I am always mocking Muslim girls because its Haram not to wear dark colors and look like black crows. It is hypocritical and they know it. Still it is one step closer to breaking away from the Islamic fashion police.

Mohy Good Morning…..Staying away from alcohol is wonderful. This is one good thing in your religion. However, the Saudi princes have been caught on camera drinking plenty of booze behind closed doors and there are Muslims in the AA because of drunk driving. Alcohol is an addiction some people develop.
Lots of Muslims in Afganistan etc. smoke hasish. Muhammed allowed opioids…AND a lot of Muslims smoke cigarettes like crazy. These addictions are in ALL societies.
If you have read the Christian Old Testament it sucks. One finds stoning, burning, belief in witchcraft, prejudice, and a man named lot who gets drunk and has sex with his daughters. Now anyone knows what happens to a man if he is that drunk he can’t perform. The book reads like a pornographic text book in place. Unfortunately so does the Quran and Hadiths.
I am against any religion the says they are ” the world’s best chosen people.” Everyone of them does. I became an agnostic, (a belief in a higher power GOD) after it was suggested I leave the church for asking too many questions. I have always felt all religions are Man Made. Traditional, fundamental Judaism, Christianit, Islam are all geered for men and their needs and desires.
Now, after studying many religion I have adopted only the words of Jesus, the Golden Rule, the Ten commandments and the philosophy of Paul, who after being one of the world’s worse men…found repentance. That’s it. The rest of it….can go.
However, Muslims are not suppose to cherry pick like that. Most Muslims would never advocate stoning a woman or burning somebody to death but they go along…because they are murdered for leaving the church. Not wanting to be an Apostate many pretend to go along…..
Muhammad who had a million habits including sex addiction (bragged he could have sex with all his eleven wives in one day…..he allowed slavery, beheading, burning, secondary citizenship to women. He was racist and sexist….he called black people raisen heads, he said the Devil is black and the most inhabitiants in Hell are uppity women.
He did forbid alcohol. But….you will be allowed alcohol in Paradise….

I know you believe that but certain things don’t add up, like her sister who was 10 years older than her. Asma, her sister died at the age of 100 in 73 A.H, this would put her at 28 years old at the time of hijira and ayesha at 18 years old when consumating the marriage and 14 or 15 years old when she married. Actual authors and scholars have researched this. People have said it impossible to get proof of either versions but atleast the other one makes sense if you think about her sister.

I have heard conflicting stories…about the hijab. Is it required or not?
Mohammed makes reference to his wives having to veil themselves. But does it apply to all women? I researched it and it seems it can be a choice. Not all Muslim counties veil at all. Saudi Arabia completely covers a woman from head to toe.
Go on line to Wikipedia…..look up Hijab by Muslim Culture.
Even a short time ago in 1963 none of the Egyyptian women wore veil, hijabs etc. Look up how Iranian women dressed and now the hijab is required by law.
The Muslim Brotherhood put pressure on the President of Egypt Gamal Abdel Nassai to put veils (hijabs) on the women.
He said….if he couldn’t veil his own daughter how could he put veils on 10 million women? Well look at those women today.

regarding hijab, the majority of our scholars agree on the basics , and that is to cover all but the face and hands, and they differ in covering the face and hands. and that is OK in Islam, you have the freedom to choose the opinion that convince you. this agreement dates back to way before 1963 and is based on many Islamic proofs (not the forced liberal logic); in the context of quran and prophet Mohammad way of life. the shape of hijab is culture related, and reflects the diversity in Islam.
it is true that what we call hijab was there before islam, either due to culture or religion reasons like Christianity and Judaism, but that does not mean islam did not have hijab in its teachings. we belief that islam came to complete Christianity and Judaism massage and correct what have been forgotten or modified. in one of the prophets saying he told us “that he came to complete what is best in us – bad translation -” , so you may find things “good things” from others in islam like hijab.
all the bad things you hear about us is just politics, in history we have our ups and downs just like any other, and we only fight those who fight us.
if you are intrested in islam or any other religon, read there books first ask thier scholars second and look at there actions third; they are humans after all they make a lot of mistakes.

Many Muslims ( including my friends feel very hurt)by all the people starting to disrespect them and Islam. They admit they didn’t know the evil parts of their books. They were taught a whole different story. To even question their Prophet was blasphemy. They were taught to really fear a horrible death if they didn’t obey Allah…they would be put in Hell with a black Devil and just burn forever.
